Dick Dalton

Dick Dalton joined MNWB in April, of 2018 and manages the fiscal affairs of the Workforce Board. 

He was appointed as a Board member in 2015 and more recently served as a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Finance Committee. 

Prior to joining the Board on a full-time basis as CFO, Dick was Regional Director for the Massachusetts Office of Business Development.  Prior to that he was President of Madison Holdings for three years and before that was the Chief Operating Officer of the Back Bay Restaurant Group and its affiliated companies.  In that position he oversaw restaurant operations that spanned from New Hampshire in the North to Florida in the South. 

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen in Lynnfield where he has been active in town government for a number of years. Additionally, Dick is a Director of the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce and an officer of the Lynnfield Rotary. 

Dick has an MBA from Suffolk University and a B.S. from Northeastern University.
