Lauren McCann

Lauren McCann joined the MassHire Metro North Workforce Board as the English as a Second Language and Adult Basic Education Specialist in March of 2020. Formerly, she worked as a Reading Specialist and ESL Instructor in Massachusetts public schools and other agencies.

Lauren brings over 20 years of adult education and training experience specializing in co-teaching with various in-house workplace trainers for incumbent worker training opportunities with generous support from the Walmart Foundation. The MassHire Metro North Workforce Board is committed to assist area businesses large and small with meeting the needs of employees with limited English ability and educational backgrounds, by providing Lauren’s knowledge, experience and expertise.
