Louckens joined the MassHire Metro North Workforce Board as a Youth Programs Specialist in February 2024. He was born and raised in Boston and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Before joining the board, he worked for the Boston Center for Youth and Families summer camp and Living Arts program. Louckens’ passions include creativity, and his work is published annually in a student anthology produced by the EmersonWRITES creative writing program.
