Dear MNWB Partners,
Mass Hire Metro North Workforce Board (MNWB) is pleased to announce the formation of the Workforce Development Team, a collaboration of Workforce Systems and Youth program staff. The Workforce Development Team is aimed at providing a more comprehensive approach to serving the Metro North community including residents, employers, and partner organizations.
The Workforce Development Team is led by Jenny Synn who most recently was the Director of the MNWB Workforce Systems Team. Jenny is a highly skilled professional who comes to MNWB with 20 years of experience working with youth programs, mainly in youth employment programs. She has worked on several innovative programs including the Young Adult Internship Program and Advance & Earn in New York City. Jenny’s vast experience and expertise will lead the Workforce Development Team in support of MNWB’s mission and vision.
