About this Event

The Metro North Workforce Board Youth Team is seeking to provide more opportunities to the Metro North's diverse youth/young adult population in the field of STEM, and provide STEM employers with opportunities to connect with youth and their communities. A keynote speaker will address the forum, followed by a data presentation on Metro North youth and involvement in STEM, ending with 2 breakout sessions:

Employer breakout: How to develop successful STEM opportunities for high school students, with examples from STEM industry leaders. How to connect with the MNWB youth team to provide opportunities for Metro North youth

Youth breakout: Hear from a panel of STEM professionals about their day-to-day work in this STEM career panel
