In preparation for submitting our annual response to the YouthWorks Request for Responses (RFR) issued by the Commonwealth Corporation, The Metro North Regional Employment Board, Inc. (Metro North REB), d/b/a MassHire Metro North Workforce Board (MNWB), is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. This process is designed to solicit applications from organizations and institutions interested in YouthWorks funding for the Metro North region for Program Year 2025-2026.
The primary objective of this RFP is to establish a high-quality YouthWorks program that benefits the youth of the Metro North region. Successful applicants will be included in MNWB’s regional application to Commonwealth Corporation’s YouthWorks RFR. If the application is approved, selected organizations will enter contracts with MNWB to deliver YouthWorks programming for PY25-26.
