Communications Intern
The Communications Intern helps implement our organization’s communications strategy by creating compelling and impactful digital communications, managing our online presence and fostering stakeholder engagement. The team is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented intern with strong writing skills and an interest in pursuing a career in communications.
Curriculum Development Consultant
The MassHire Metro North Workforce Board (MNWB), in partnership with the City of Chelsea, seeks an experienced curriculum development consultant to assist with the development and writing of workforce development and digital literacy curriculum contextualized for students for whom English is not their first/primary language. The consultant will work closely with MNWB, the City of Chelsea, and other local partners in the development of the curriculum, which will be made public and accessible to any entity that wishes to use it.
Manager of Youth Employer Engagement
The Manager of Youth Employer Engagement will collaborate with employers and partners across the Metro North Region to create valuable work opportunities for our MNWB youth programs, including WIOA Youth, YouthWorks, and Connecting Activities.
Senior Manager of Digital Equity
The Senior Manager of Digital Equity will lead the implementation of MNWB’s new digital equity initiative including developing a community of practice across participating organizations, establishing systems to collect and report data, and managing device procurement and distribution. This position will be a key program resource for supporting and interconnecting the wide variety of activities for MNWB’s digital equity partnership. This is a grant-funded position supported through a grant from Massachusetts Broadband Institute.
Manager of Workforce Systems
The Manager of Workforce Systems is responsible for managing the workforce systems functions of the workforce board in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, contract stipulations and grant requirements, and in accordance with established MassHire Metro North Workforce Board policies and procedures.
Youth Programs Specialist
The Youth Programs Specialist offers case management and career services to 14-25-year-olds in the Metro North, handles grant-related data, engages with employers, and fosters partnerships for workforce youth initiatives.
Manager of Small Business & Entrepreneurship
Part of the MassHire Metro North Workforce Board’s Work to THRIVE (WtT) initiative, the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Manager oversees daily operations and implements grant-funded programs aimed at supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs.
NAMC Program Manager – Manufacturing
The NAMC Program Manager – Manufacturing will manage projects to support the Northeast Advanced Manufacturing Consortium’s apprenticeship programs, employer engagement, training programs, and manufacturing supply chain. This role involves overseeing the execution of initiatives aimed at fostering growth and innovation in the manufacturing sector.
