Become a Training Provider

TrainingPro is an online application that training providers must use if they wish to be included on the Massachusetts Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). The Massachusetts Department of Career Services (DCS) administers the application. Training providers must complete the following steps to apply for initial and subsequent eligibility: 

1. Visit theTrainingPro home page at https://trainingpro.dcs.eol.mass.gov/Training.Pro/Provider/Create and register.  
2. Select one or more programs and submit Course(s) for consideration.
3. Submit eligibility documentation if required.
4. Each year resubmit for subsequent eligibility.
