Workforce Training Fund

The Workforce Training Fund Program helps address business productivity and competitiveness by providing resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for current and newly hired employees.

On-the-Job Training

The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program assists employers with the cost of hiring and training a new employee. It is funded through the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and administered through the Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers in Massachusetts.

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships are work-based training that are designed to your company’s specific needs. It’s a cost-effective way to grow your team with fewer skill gaps and lower overall training and recruitment costs.

Retail Incumbent Worker Training

The Metro North Program for Retail Opportunities (MNPRO) has developed a 50-hour training program designed to upskill front-line retail workers with the foundational skills required for success in your internal management training program.
