John Neil

John Neil joined MassHire Metro North Workforce Board as an Apprenticeship Growth and Expansion Coordinator for NAMC (Northeast Advanced Manufacturing Consortium) in November 2021.

John most recently worked as a Trainer with Safety Trainers of Auburn, Massachusetts assisting manufacturing companies improve their workforce safety. Prior to that, John worked as a Project Manager with MassMEP (Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership) also of Auburn, Massachusetts providing training and coaching in continuous Improvement for Management and Manufacturing processes.

John has devoted his career to Manufacturing. He has utilized community college and certification programs throughout his entire career spanning many aspects of manufacturing management and support functions up to and including Manufacturing Plant Manager.
