YouthWorks

The MassHire Metro North Workforce Board YouthWorks summer employment program provides meaningful and gainful employment to over 300 youth each year in the cities of Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Revere and Somerville.

These employment opportunities are made possible with YouthWorks funds provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Commonwealth Corporation. The youth participants are each provided with the support and guidance needed to ensure that the benefits of this work experience extend beyond the paycheck, by developing the essential job skills and workplace readiness needed to excel in their future career field.
