“Seeing people show up to get their resume worked on, and then show up to get screened, and then walk out of an interview with a conditional offer, and then sit down with us to get their paperwork submitted […] you can see folks who have been trying for months to get work and not really having success, and watch them sit a little taller, for every step of the process.
