“Seeing people show up to get their resume worked on, and then show up to get screened, and then walk out of an interview with a conditional offer, and then sit down with us to get their paperwork submitted […] you can see folks who have been trying for months to get work and not really having success, and watch them sit a little taller, for every step of the process. I would have people sitting in front of me with big smiles on their faces because they were able to land this job,” says CONNECT Director Joe Aponte from The Neighborhood Developers.
