Molly Paone joined MassHire Metro North Workforce Board’s youth program team in April 2023.  Previously Molly worked with children, young adults and their families in a variety of settings including summer camp, recreational therapy, in-home therapy, and advocacy. Most recently she worked for several years in youth mentoring with a focus on expanding youth’s social emotional learning. There she ran a mentoring program at a local college, lead the creation of a Trauma Informed Care training committee, and was a founding member of a Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee focused on disability awareness and increasing accessibility of services. With a bachelor’s in Child Development and European Masters in Social Work with Children and Families, a through line across Molly’s career is a passion for helping young people thrive and challenge the oppressive barriers they face. A creative and eager life-long learner, outside of work Molly can often be found continuing her Yoga teacher education, exploring a new art medium, reading, or enjoying time in nature.
