The Metro North Regional Employment Board, Inc. (Metro North REB), d/b/a MassHire Metro North Workforce Board (MNWB), is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to select providers of the Metro North region’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth In-School and Out-of-School programs, collectively referred to as the WIOA Youth Program Providers (YPPs). MNWB seeks proposals with innovative approaches to service delivery that meet the specifications outlined in this RFP. The organization should demonstrate that it can offer a range of training and employment services for youth based on individual need and employer demand; resources to deliver comprehensive youth services that focus on assisting out-of-school youth and in-school youth, with one or more barriers to employment, prepare for employment and postsecondary education opportunities; attain educational and/or skills training credentials; and secure employment with career/promotional opportunities. May 15, 2026 (Anticipated): Bidders notified of outcome
July 1, 2026: Contract start date
