
Sacha Stadhard,

Sacha Stadhard is a senior leader at the MassHire Department of Career Services (MDCS), serving as the Director of Policy and Program Administration. Sacha leads efforts to ensure agency policies and programs are aligned with the agency’s mission, strategic goals, and are compliant with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Sacha manages special projects, and National Dislocated Worker grants designed to produce positive outcomes for jobseekers and businesses.
Sacha is the Massachusetts state lead for the WIOA Youth Program. She also manages the Jobs for Veterans State Grant program, supporting Veterans with barriers to employment and connecting employers to Veteran talent.
Additionally, Sacha leads the Massachusetts State Workforce Advisory Committee (SWAC), a dedicated team of state directors whose organizations collaborate for engagement in peer sharing, leveraging resources, and aligning programs and services at both the state and local levels.
Sacha’s work focuses on strengthening policy infrastructure, advancing system alignment, and equitable workforce outcomes across the MassHire Workforce System.
Sacha lives in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Springfield College, Springfield MA and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Northeastern University, Boston MA.
